You will create your own versions of tolower and toupper called convertUpper and convertLower.
Your program will look like the above code, but you must finish testUserInput and create
convertUpper and convertLower. I have not included my .h file, so you will need to create that
as you have been doing. All of the code that goes inside convertUpper and convertLower is
contained in the examples below. You are mainly reorganizing that code. testUserInput will
decide which function to call: convertUpper if the user types an uppercase letter and wants
it in lowercase, and convertLower if a user types a lowercase letter and wants it converted to uppercase.
